Spencer O. Taire I, a Liberian with 18 years of professional experience in Administration, Finance Management, and Human Resources. He holds an MPA degree in Management. He has worked with many local and international Non-Governmental Organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Caritas Cape Palmas, Liberia.
Spencer joined Naymote Partners for Democratic Development in November 2021 as the Human Resource Manager. Spencer’s interest, contribution, and passion working for those institutions and organizations have made him an asset to the growth and well-being of his career.
