Naymote Holds National Civil Society Conference

The Civil Society Organization held two-day meeting aimed to provide an opportunity for civil society actors to identify areas of collaboration and develop a unified approach to counteract the shrinking civic space, utilizing both digital and non-digital concepts. The ultimate goal is to establish mechanisms that will enable civil society actors to proactively respond to any threat that arises and promote transparency and credibility in the forthcoming elections.

After much deliberation and discussion at the CSOs conference on the theme: ‘Building Civil Society Resilience and Protecting the Civic Space prior to the 2023 Elections,’ The participants presented its definitive Conference Resolution as attached:
